Collections Department (Junior Collectors and Senior Collectors)

Makes outbound and inbound calls to consumers to assist with negotiation of payment arrangements. Reviews active accounts for resolution purposes. Ongoing communication with customers by telephone to insure complete and accurate follow-up.

Full time position in a fast paced growing environment. We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual with at least one year experience in collections. Repossession and Skip Tracing experience a plus! Client Account Representative

Makes outbound sales calls. Reviews active accounts for any pricing changes and/or ideas to aid in closing of the transaction. Ongoing communication with customers by telephone and by mail to insure complete and accurate follow-up. Full time position in a fast paced growing environment. We are looking for an energetic and goal oriented individual with working knowledge of Word and Excel. Must possess high customer service skills, strong phone skills, above average negotiation skills and follow-up skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain professional demeanor at all times.

Acquisitions Interviewer
(Position available in Clearwater, FL)

Previous experience in a Call Center environment highly desired.

• Knowledge and experience with MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good, clear phone voice and high customer service skills (cheerful and helpful)
• Ability to make/receive 75 phone calls daily
• Calculate and compute daily/weekly reports using Excel
• Must be able to handle stress and problems effectively
• Willingness to travel...occasional travel as needed
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• 10am -7pm Monday - Friday (occasional overtime as needed)

Auto Finance Clerk
(Position available in Clearwater, FL)

$9.00 - $10.00 per hour.

Do you have experience in A/P, A/R, and balancing general ledgers?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Sorts all incoming mail that is received and distributes it to proper personnel.
• Opens all customer correspondence and assigns account numbers.
• Processes customer payments accurately.
• Balances cash drawer at end of each day.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable.
• Assist the VP of Accounting with various duties (daily bank deposits, payment processing, and monthly reconciliation)

8:30am -5:30pm Monday - Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
