Collection Representatives (Clearwater, Fl) - Collections Department

Salary Range: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour + Bonus range is between 25k and 34K
Flexible Schedule Three days 8-5pm, Two days 11-8pm, Two Saturdays a month 9:00-1:00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to contact borrowers to advise them if their loan contract responsibilities and persuade them to bring their delinquent accounts current through payment negotiations.
Duties include timely and effective collection of delinquent accounts; skip tracing, resolving customer disputes, collateral disposal and scheduling repossessions. Ongoing communication with customers by telephone to insure complete and accurate follow-up.
Requirements:
We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual with at least two years collections experience or three years call center experience. Automobile Collections, Repossession, and Skip Tracing experience a plus!

Deficiency Balance Collector (Clearwater, FL) - Recovery Department

Salary: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour + Bonus
Schedule: Three days 8:30 – 5:30pm and two days 10:00 – 7:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for working all assigned accounts until concluded (skip tracing and collecting). Review and research all notes in our in-house system. Call customers and references on each account. Use available on-line tools to locate customer or collateral.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with at least two years skip trace and/or auto collections experience.

Proficient in Excel.

Salary: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 – 7:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive inbound service calls and make outbound return phone calls to customers, manage data and communication flow from vendors and partners, provide technical support for customers, troubleshoot and remedy issues. In addition provide necessary support to Operations Manager and Sales Support team.
Requirements:
Database Management- Queue Call Management
Troubleshooting - Problem Resolution
Support and Service- Order Processing

Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Web Based Applications.

Salary Range: 42k draw plus commission, Total Yearly Potential 65k-100k.

Business to Business outbound calling, residual based pay plan centered on building a book of repeat business relationship based clients.
