Auto Finance Title Clerk (Clearwater, FL)
Title Department

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for record keeping of titles and contracts along with duties involved with receiving and sending titles. Provide ongoing communication with customers (both internal and external) by telephone to insure complete and accurate follow-up. Other duties include data entry and filing.
Logs and notates contracts & titles numbers from acquisitions, newly funded business and any important information          regarding the status of missing titles according to MAF standards daily.
Create and process all title applications, repossession forms and other misc. title work needed compliant with each of          the 29 states MAF does business in, including all notarization for the company.
Create and ship all Airborne or Fed-Ex packages for MAF including repossession Titles, Report’s and any necessary          paperwork to various auto auctions throughout the country daily.
Files all necessary paperwork daily.
Releases lien and titles according to MAF standards.

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who organizes work well and is self motivated with at least one year auto title experience.

Above average knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel.

Skip Tracer (Clearwater, FL)
Recovery Department

Schedule: Three days 8:30 – 5:30pm and two days 10:00 – 7:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for working all assigned accounts until concluded. Review and research all notes in our in-house system. Call customers and references on each account. Use available on-line tools to locate customer or collateral. Provide ongoing communication with customers by telephone to insure complete and accurate follow-up.

Requirements: We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual with at least two years collection experience.

Team Lead Position Open (Clearwater, FL)
Auto Finance Collection Department
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required

Full time position in a fast paced growing environment
Hourly + Bonus

Flexible Schedule:
Three days 8-5pm     Two days 11-8pm     Two Saturdays a month

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the team and ensures monthly goals are met. Responsible for initial training of new employees and oversees ongoing training of staff. Responsible for creating and administering performance appraisals and corrective actions in a timely manner. Assist team with outbound and inbound calls to contact borrowers to advise them of their loan contract responsibilities and persuade them to bring their delinquent accounts current through payment negotiations. Duties include timely and effective collection of delinquent accounts; skip tracing, resolving customer disputes, collateral disposal and scheduling repossessions. Conduct team meetings with the team to insure complete and accurate follow-up. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:
We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual with at least three years collections experience and two years experience in a leadership role (supervisor or assistant supervisor).
One year experience writing and administering performance appraisals and corrective actions
One year experience coordinating and facilitating team and/or department meetings
Automobile Collections, Repossession, and Skip Tracing experience a plus!
