Special Reserve: This is an additional percentage or 2nd Advance that is immediately
         released back to the seller on an account by account basis once an account has met
         all of the required recourse requirements.

Bonus Pool: The “Bonus Pool” is an additional amount above and beyond the initial
         advance and Special Reserve that the seller can earn up to. It is based on the
         performance of all accounts in the pool. The “Bonus pool” is reviewed and released
         (if performance warrants) on a quarterly basis. The Seller has unlimited web based
         access to monitor the accounts in their portfolio(s)
